Lots of big muscle activity of different kinds is needed for healthy, strong bodies and helps with physical readiness for kindergarten. Did you know it can also help children cope with stress? Physical activity also promotes muscle development, posture, and balance, as well as concentration and attention. Not just for kindergarten readiness but because children are growing and developing as such a rapid rate in the early years, we need to make sure we include time for physical activity.
